Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at whodidthatclip@gmail.com. Approved returns will receive return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom items, personal care goods, or hazardous materials.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return your item first, then place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
